Where I come from, there are no bad teams — only bad leaders. To solve any problem, fix the leader. It’s that simple.
Everyone wants to deal with symptoms. That’s not what leaders do. They deal with root causes, systemic breakdowns, strategic problems. A sales problem? Who’s in charge of sales? A financial problem? Who’s in charge of the money? A team performance issue? Who’s the team leader?
The leader is the root of the problem — and the good news is they’re also the solution to every problem.
There are no bad teams, only bad leaders. Fix the leader, fix the problem.
