Bruce has been coaching since 1993. Before that, he earned his way the hard way — as a top sales producer and then VP of Sales, learning the craft the way it used to be taught: study it, practice it, live it.

Dave was a top sales producer before starting his own recruiting business at 26 — finding top sales talent for companies that needed it. He got good at spotting the difference between people who interview well and people who perform.
