Bruce has been in sales his entire life — moving through sales leadership roles, eventually serving as Vice President of Sales, and turning three decades of frontline experience into a coaching practice in 1993. He’s been coaching owners and sales leaders ever since. Direct, grounded, and impossible to BS — because watching someone grow into a real leader never gets old.

Dave Hartman

Co-Founder and Coach

Dave has been in sales his entire career — starting his first business at 26, building it over six years, and eventually partnering with Bruce to found Lead.Sell.Grow. He’s been coaching owners and sales teams for over 15 years. Different style from Bruce, same fundamentals — and together they cover ground that neither would cover alone.
