Three Dans Bridge The Gap!

Remember these names, Dan pink, Dan Arielli, Dan Coyle. They're fascinating readable authors. I suggest you add them to your library.

Pink writes about human motivation. About how we are, how we act, and how we use our brain. His books are To Sell Is Human and Drive.

Arielli writes about how we make decisions, how nonrational we really are and how to protect ourselves from ourselves. His book Predictably Irrational helps a lot.

Coyle writes on how to build skills. How to coach to build skills. He debunks the myth about talent. His book is The Talent Code.

We should know more about us, more about human behavior. What motivates us? What drives us based on fact not assumption? What really moves us? How do we make decisions? How do we get the best from our teams?

That's what we learn when we read easy to understand enlightened, enlightening science writers: we get functional, personal knowledge we can use immediately.

Dan Pink writes there's a mismatch between what science knows and what business does.

Let's use these three Dan's to help us bridge this gap.
